Attachment to prevent seat belt buckle from clanging off side of car

Driving me nuts. Passenget side seat belt whacks into the side of the car every time I hit a bump. Its fine when someone is sitting in the seat but when empty, it rattles against the side of the car. Is there some kind of rubber clip or attachment anyone has seen that doesn't look hideous that will cushion it?

my first stinger did that. noticed right as i drove it off the lot. and i thought to myself, I just paid what for this??? lol
i just adjusted the buckle thing and belt to where it didnt hit anymore.
