Small world; I also live in GA. Emissions tests aren't required for the first 3 years of a new car. My 2019 won't have to be tested until 2022, so might as well have fun until then. Plus it only eliminates one of the two pairs of cats. IDK if that would be enough to fail a test, but we'll find out in a couple years. Thanks for the notice. I’m so jealous, I live in GA and have emissions testing. Cats are a must.
From what I understand, at least 90% of the converting is done by the primary cats, so you should still pass emissionsPlus it only eliminates one of the two pairs of cats. IDK if that would be enough to fail a test, but we'll find out in a couple years.

I just had emissions done on my Tundra and the man used a mirror just to see the cats. He said if they are visible and there isn’t a CEL it would pass. Are you pulling the trigger? I’m in Dacula, I see that you are in Cumming. Not that far away.Small world; I also live in GA. Emissions tests aren't required for the first 3 years of a new car. Already pulled - they'll be here Friday. Are you pulling the trigger?
Sounds reasonable - these downpipes ("midpipes") only removed the secondary cats, which do not use an O2 sensor. Shouldn't have any CEL issues. He said if they are visible and there isn’t a CEL it would pass.
I bought the full Ark catback used on Facebook today, then went over to the Ark website and ordered the down pipes. grand total for both $1325. happy days ahead![]()
I'm assuming you have the 3.3? I don't see that low a price on the links I followed. it's 1600+ with the 25% off.I bought the full Ark catback used on Facebook today, then went over to the Ark website and ordered the down pipes. grand total for both $1325. happy days ahead![]()
Pretty sure he bought his Ark Catback used, which is why it was so cheap. Downpipe should be around $430.I'm assuming you have the 3.3? I don't see that low a price on the links I followed. it's 1600+ with the 25% off.
