These are great springs if you want to lower your 3.3 AWD and keep your stock ride quality. I have an RWD and the front was about 1/4" higher than the rear, due to less weight in the front since there's no transfer case. The eibachs I replaced them with are a bit stiffer but more level for the RWD.
I've been hmmm'ing and hawww'ing about lowering, just trying to decide if I want to do it. Lots of roads under construction around me right now, one in particular I drive on all the time has a horrible dip which is already scraped up to hell from other lowered vehicles. Was wondering why you recommended AWD for them but it makes sense.
I didn't scrape anything in 10k miles and 18 months with them on. *Anything* is an improvement from the stock springs. The install is really easy, I did all 4 corners without even dealing with spring compressors. Now that I know what I'm doing, 45 minutes per corner with air tools or a battery powered impact driver.
