Are these tires toasted?

I have the chance to get a set of 19” stinger ‘22 facelift wheels with the oem michelin 4s tires.
But, the tires look super toasted and I think they’ve been on the track. Do these ever recover considering the thread depth? Or are they completely gone?

Looks like it has usable tread. I'd be more concerned about the weird camber wear unless that's the camera making it look like the top of the wheel (in the stack) is larger in diameter than that wheel's bottom.
 
I'd totally run 'em, if no other issues, and keep an eye on the tread.

Smoothness of the tread (or roughness, in this case) isn't much of an issue, AFAIK. Not an expert though.

Those tyres are fine, plenty of depth.
 
they will smooth out as they wear a bit more. track is rough on the tires, but after a few weeks of use they will look normal again. the shoulders may be a bit roughed up for a while though.
