since I updated the sd card I've been having problems with the apple car play. It does not play all the songs in my library. anyone else had any problems

CarPlay having problems *within* itself is an Apple issue, not a Kia issue. All the Kia "SDCard" update does is improve the communication between the UVO system and CarPlay for hand-off capabilities, if CarPlay is having issues playing all of your music, that's going to be a CarPlay/iOS issue, not Kia's.

First thing I'd do is completely turn off the iPhone and try again - if you haven't already. Then check to see if you have an iOS update, followed by checking to see if there are any Apple Store updates.
