Purchased HPS intakes off a great deal on amazon, cheaper than both AEM and K&N with better dyno results. Only intake that would have been cheaper are BMS intakes. They are a reputable brand with proper performance credentials. Anyone used/have them? How are they for you?

Eh I don't think any of them actually provide more power over the others, and of course every company will provide their own dyno saying how much more power they make than the others. You will get more sound, probably a bit of hp in the higher end and it looks better.

I was curious about those, no one seems to have them.

I ordered them as well from a different location and I am just patiently waiting... I heard from someone in my local group they may be on back order just FYI.

Already received, got it in a few days from Amazon. The polished finished was still in stock until I got the last one.

Sooooo.... apparently I missed the boat on these and the red ones are on back order. Y’all will just have to wait for 2-6 wks to see them

It says I can’t post links but I got them from hps performance. I personally ordered them from vivid racing but Amazon sells them and you can go direct through the manufacturer. They take a bit as I think they are made to order and not really massed produced. Mine weren’t supposed to be available for 6 weeks but I got them earlier than expected

I'm trying to look into this and see if HPS would be better than the AEM. The heat shield's design on the HPS is a little interesting and while I like the design of it, I'm questioning the functionality of it over the AEM's shield. One Stinger tuner in my area said that the AEMs are probably better, but no one seems to have HPS and my searching for anything about it outside what they advertise is difficult to say the least.

I haven’t checked the intake temperature after install and have not tried the AEM intakes. I will say the heat shield is very well made and super sturdy. I love the HPS intakes and the way they look. They aren’t the easiest to install but come with entirely new, more robust hoses and racing clamps.
