Not sure what part of the world/country you are in, but if you're in the US and willing to travel, I've seen a listing for a 2019 Ceramic Silver/Red interior at West Hills Kia in the Seattle area.

Car Pros in Tacoma lists FIVE 2019 Ceramic Silver GT2s - and two of them specifically say 'red interior'.
