I have a white 2023 as well, and what this guy has done is embarrassing. Wow. That's going to be a tough sell.
Also, the mileage for a 2023 is too high. I'd give this one a hard pass.

That spoiler is over $1000, powder coated wheels, different steering wheel, etc.......he/she definitely spent some money on it. Even if I'm not a huge fan of the look.
I would never powder coat stock wheels, unless there is some special reason. That money is better put into aftermarket wheels. Unlike spoilers and other cosmetics, which are usually tied to a specific model, wheels are more likely to be usable on other cars, or easier to pawn off to recoup $$ spent.

Our wheels look very good powder coated in gloss black especially. Many members have them. I thought about doing that with mine. Only issue is that our stock wheels weigh a ton, so yes a set of aftermarket black wheels would be a better way to spend money.

You can do both. Then use the "boat anchors" as winter wheels that look really good instead of cheap crap that you can't wait for winter to end to take off. If you are only going to have one set of wheels year-round, then sure, find a nice aftermarket set that works for you.
