Like a tool I've gone and dropped my steering lock and nicked the faux leather part of the arm rest on the front passenger side (UK) door. The piece I mean is highlighted below, would anyone happen to know if it's a piece that just pops out held in with clips or if removal is more involved? I wont want to start trying to pry bits off and make a further mess of it.

It's only minor so I'm not going to rush out and pay silly money to get it put right but as a car-proud individual I'll try and source a replacement if it's an easy swap out.

Ima guessing that since the "chrome" grab handle has a fastener at the top, that a few vehicles have had come loose, and the entire door card has been replaced, that there probably isn't a separate arm rest part. In order to replace your damaged one, you'll have to get a drivers door card at a junk yard or find one elsewhere hopefully not for brand new prices.
