Just likely everyone here, I’ve been following the Stinger’s progress for several months now. I was in no need for a new car, in fact my previous Altima has less than 40k miles, but seemed like this car was calling me!
I proceeded to call around to several dealerships to see what they had available. I called Costco about their auto purchase and was referred to a dealer immediately, I even contacted a dealer that advertised employee pricing through my employer discount program. Nobody seemed like they wanted to budge on the price.
Side note: I had a dealer in my area tell me that Kia does not make a 2.0 Premium model with Drive Wise as an option. Then, pleaded with me that he was trying to help me out and ensure I was informed on the models & options.
Through this forum, I noticed a thread about a dealer that was located about 90 miles from where I lived. The creator gave raving reviews on the buying process, so I asked @PICKLES to PM me about their current inventory and drove up the next day!
Test drive went just as I thought it would. Matt(@PICKLES) was very knowledgeable on the Stinger, which other dealers/sales that I was in contact with seemed to lack.
We went back and forth on the deal a few times, but still was able to walk out with the deal/car I wanted and didn’t have to spend the whole day at the dealership.
Enjoyed the experience and thoroughly enjoying the car so far!
P.S.- does @SEA Stinger get a referral bonus?
