Hello all,
I am new to the forum and could use some tire advice. I just bought an orange 2019 Stinger GTS. It comes with summer tires of course. I want to swap them out with all season. I do not want to go through the hassle of two sets of tires.
I would appreciate a recommendation.

Also..

The dealer said I could sell my summer tires. They are brand new, they came with the new car. Is my dealer nuts or does the forum think I could sell these tires someplace?

Thanks

I went with Goodyear asymmetric and a size larger 235 front 265 rear on stock wheels (G70 ). Yeah everyone told me the same about my tires but no one wants mine unless I basically give them away, so with under 2000 miles on them I may just get then remounted next summer.

how does one size bigger look on the g70 rims? I’m going to be due for tires soon and still trying to decide what I would want to do.

To the original question, I’m sure you could find someone to buy the tires. It would have to be local as shipping would kill the value part of it. Where are you located?

I have them listed on craigslist and both forums......nothing.
Here is a pic

I kept my summer tires and have a set of winters. Actually, I have 2 set of summers, the originals from the 2018 and the 2019. Plan on using them until they wear out.

A/S will not perform as well as summer tires. But other than raw cornering difference, the Nitto Motivo A/S UHP are every bit as sound as the Michelins. When I got my Motivos I put up my Michelins at a bargain price ($300 for the four of them) and got zero response. Before the winter was out, I decided that cornering on the Michelins was something I didn't want to give up: before I made that decision I imagined going year-round on the A/S, and thus avoiding the hassle of changing tires twice a year because of winter. I am now on my second set of Michelins, and the Motivos are on the OE GT rims for when "they" start throwing down salt on the roads. I'm very glad to have a dedicated fair weather set of wheels and tires; and it's no trouble at all switching the wheels for the ones that perform better in the cold and the crap.

Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+ or Continental DWS06.

Either tire should fulfill general spirited driving duty in most weather. The choice between the two depends on your preference of sport versus comfort.

Sold my OEM tires for $1400 on craigslist in 2 days, I had my AS installed prior to delivery , See my Sig for my tire choice !

I decided on the Continental DWS06, having them installed tomorrow. BTW, my dealer beat tire racks price by about $15 per tire. Thought I would pass that on to group.

Thanks everyone

The dealer did not order the tires as they said, I will chalk it up to a misunderstanding. Have an appoitment now for Tuesday.
