Looks pretty good. "Ultra High Performance All-Season". Is that a new category? Or fairly new?
They've been around for a while , we dont get much snow here so these types of tires work really well , especially with AWD , I'm not getting any confirmation from Kia if they will put All Season tires on for Canada , they've only Spec'd the AWD cars for us so maybe they'll get it right ..................

So I was able to get the dealer to match the best price I could find for the BF Goodrich AS tires , so I've ordered them from them and will have them installed and sell the stock tires on Craigslist ...............

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...

No, not a new category. This segment was created by tire manufacturers years ago to target high performance vehicles in areas where temperatures fall below 45 degrees F, when summer tires become hard and lose significant traction and are susceptible to compound cracking. Tires such as Michelin Pilot Sport AS3+ and Conti DWS06 are among the leaders in this category and have become the go-to solution for many folks north of the Mason-Dixon for three seasons with cold temps in early Fall and late Spring (with dedicated snows for winter), which renders the opportunity for summer tires from May-September too short to be practical. These tires come as close as possible to providing the performance of summer tires but with wider temperature capability.

Thank you. No wonder my car was fine in the cooler months without any issue. I still had plenty of traction. Every so often it does get "cool" around here and I believe the temperature was in the 30s when I had experimented one morning...
