I’m looking to install interior lighting however I do not want to you the 12 volt adapter because I do not want to see any wires. I’m gona splice it and tie it in somewhere else. Does anyone know a good place to tie it into?

you can tie it directly into the built in ambient lighting pretty easy if you want the colors to match. There is a tutorial in the dash vent replacement thread.

So your saying I can buy led strips and if I tie it in the color will match and change with the car settings?

Yep. They wont be particularly bright, but that's a good thing because if they where, they would be distracting.
