I've seen it recommended that, after you get them installed you put the car on the ground and roll the car forward and back a few feet and then adjust.

Yes that and have weight in the driver seat equal to your approximate weight. I didnt do all that, but it can definitely be done.

So with the end links you are able to adjust the wheel alignment to OEM settings with regards to upgrading the sways and springs?
