Hi all,

I’m wondering where does everyone’s active lane keeping place the car within your lane? On mine when I have it engaged it really likes the right side, positioning the car about 6 inches from the lane markers. This feels a bit uncomfortable if there are any cars in that lane especially as there is plenty of room to the left.

I’d be happy even if it split the middle , does everyone else’s car do the same thing?

In my experience favours the most prominent line which is usually the outside. In multi lanes with same markings it's roughly centre but does tend to wander around a bit. I don't feel comfortable with it so it's usually disabled.

it depends for me. sometimes it grabs more to the left if i am closer to that side or making a slight right turn. also if I'm on the right side with a slight left turn it grabs closer to right. overtime i think its going to go into the other lane but i have my hand still on the wheel cuz I'm not comfortable with it.

It can be fun at offramps too, and try to exit instead of following the lane. Overall, I do like the system on long interstate drives still.
