Absolute Smallest Wheel in the Rear??? 2019 Kia Stinger Brembo Brakes

What is the smallest wheel we can fit with the rear brakes? Buying a drag pack for my RWD. Going with Welds, I know 17s for sure. Can we push it to 16????
