A newbie stinger question

I just replaced the air filters with the BMS dual cone intake. My late hubby used K&N filters, for our 4 wheelers, we would always spray them with K&N oil.
My last performance car was a rx7 (early 80's).

I am not able to find any info on cleaning the filters, if they need to be sprayed with oil, I assume so, what kind? ETC

Is there a link somewhere that explains? I even searched the BMS site, nothing is said. Searched this site and either searched wrong or everybody just knows what to do and it is not discussed.

No I will do that next. I did a lot of searches, everywhere it is sold there is no mention of maintenance.

BMS sells a filter cleaning kit.. would think a K&N cleaning/recharge might be a close alternative.

Just a normal cleaning kit, K&N is fine. We carry and use S&B who makes the filters to our specifications.

Why in the heck could I not find that, I did a ton of searches.

I did manage to install the hood emblem, new wheel centers, steering wheel emblem, door striker set, inside door catch plate and the air filters without issue, today was install day, great instructions on the forum.

Thanks again! I will pick up the cleaning kit.
