A 2020 GT1 Question

While I owned a 13,14, and 16 Optimas the phone icon area showed the signal strength and battery life; iPhones always.
As you can see with my current iPhone 11, my cell phone icons are pretty sparse; am I missing anything here?
Is there a way to get the signal and battery strengths to appear?

I think they they made a change for the 2020 model year for one reason or another; picture taken from 2020 multimedia system.

Try going to owners.kia.com, register, go to Reference Material, then download/open the Navigation System Quick Reference Guide.

That was a good idea, and although I registered on the site the materials that I saw are the same ones that I have in my glovebox.
The picture that I posted came right from one of the provided books, the Multimedia one, under the Bluetooth section.
It just looks like to me changes were made to the head unit involving the cell phone icons.

Seems like this might be a normal occurrence with the 2020’s.
On another Stinger forum an owner of a 2020 GT2 also is not seeing such phone icons as the phone signal and battery strength icons.
