Greetings All,

No, only 50k on my odometer. What I was wondering though, was to ask a question to any of you out there who might have a Stinger with higher mileage (something approaching 100k). Can you tell us how the car performs? What has broken on it? How much maintenance does it seem to need?

From what I can gather, the car is still likely to be highly reliable, as 100k can, and usually does, mean nothing to a well maintained car. Though, some models might not be sitting so pretty, and have become troublesome. Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks!!

I have over 100k miles. Replaced leaking radiator with aprox 70k miles. And recently replaced bad front wheel bearing.

Thanks for the update. That’s not bad…nothing that I would consider critical;only wear and tear. Good to know!

I am also at over 100k miles (163k km) but on the 2.0 Gt Line.
In the last 40k miles I didn’t need to do anything but basic maintenance.
I’m going on Monday to do my first carbon cleanup, using walnut blasting. Curious if there is a lot of build-up.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
That is pretty clean for 100k miles. Which oil are you using?
Only synthetic and changed at max 10k km.

I think about 13 changes with Mobil 1 ESP 0W30 / 5W30 (this is what my local dealer uses).
One change was with a Kia OEM oil 5W30 (don't ask), one with Total Ineo First 0W30 and one with Valvoline SYNPOWER 0W30.
And just today I changed my oil and used Liqui Moly TOPTEC 6100 0W30.

I'm experimenting at the moment but I'm planning to go back to Total Ineo First and change it more often (5-6k km) because it's pretty cheap and should be good quality.
