I had been researching the very few, and grossly expensive front spoiler lips that are available for the Stinger. I was just about to drop four Benjamin’s on one of them- when I can across this on Ebay...

Digging a little deeper, the piece actually seemed to appear sturdy- and certainly looked quite pleasing. Then, I noticed the videos on Youtube, where this spoiler appears to be pretty popular and is being fitted to some nice models of cars. I took a gamble and figured for 80 bucks, I can take a risk.

Boy, am I glad I did.

The shipping was lightening quick, about two days. Anyway, I’m just returned from installing it- and I am estatic! I grabbed some pics to share with you guys, in case you want to get one. If you do, be sure to pay a visit to the hardware store and pick up some bolts, washers, and nuts. I recommend this because at high speeds the included tapping screws will not be enough against the downforce.

My next post will be showing of my new rear louvers, which just arrived from South Korea. That is tomorrow’s project. Then, I will be ordering a rear diffuser.

Best,
Astra

Looking good for any price! Wife just curbed the splash guard so may need to look into it

 Sorry to hear about the splash guard though. I hope the wife appreciates you- my car is “hands off” to everyone...including wifey. :D:p

It's the first automatic car I've owned so she can actually drive it. I take it as a compliment that she wants to drive it but the nose is more of a Longboi than her little CUV and the parking sensors have some delay. It's a work horse so life happens. It'll get pooped/vommed on at some point anyway so plastic is forgivable :p

Whoa...I see, I see. Well mine is the opposite. Like all my car’s, it is babied. Yeah, keep that steed protective wrapped lol:laugh:

Fantastic value ! really like the design too , Well done Lordie !!

Am I seeing that the passenger side where the two panels meet up in the front doesn’t fit right compared to the driver side meet point from the middle piece?

No. Everthing fits. There are a few cm of uncovered area from the edge of the bumper to the wheel well on either side, but it is symmetrical and non-obtrusive. The two center support blocks are slightly off center, but overall, the installed accesory is not to be confused for geometrical perfection. But, minutae aside, I am asthetically pleased with it (and I was resourceful enough to avoid being ripped off by the body shop;)).

I think the angle of that shot is causing you to see “something.” Up close and personal it looks fine. Go take a look again at my edited previous reply. What kind of spoiler did you install on yours?

Yea Don’t take my post as a negative side, just curious. No matter what the purchase is a steal!! I can guess that seller is going to sell out soon when a bunch of owners jump on it lol

Ordered! This looks great and that price is outstanding. Hopefully it holds up fine, I dont see any mounting holes on it. Did you have to drill to attach? Any chance we could get some pics of how you mounted it?

Yes, drilling is necessary. I went to Home Depot and picked up some nuts, bolts, and washers to compliment the items they already include. I have attached a pic to which one’s I bought. I used about 8 of the nut/bolt sets (but you can use more), plus all the included tapping screws. I will also incude a few videos that helped me prepare. The nut/bolt/washer inclusion is critical- or the spoiler WILL fly of at high speeds. All in all, please post your pics when completed for the community to enjoy. Enjoy the new look, man!

I checked your link but it says it's not compatible with my 2019 GT Limited. What was the fitment like since it clearly worked on your Stinger.

All the power to you but the fitment on that would drive me nuts. Looks like it's off by several inches from center.

No one is Pooping and Vomiting in my Stinger, that's what hubby's Cerato hatch is for
