Hello, I have a 2018 Kia stinger GT all-wheel-drive and it does not go into drive at all. It will go into reverse no problem but not into drive. I have a tow company tow it and without knowing it and I’m wondering is there reset or computer or something that I can take it to a dealer and it gets reset or be so annoyed or belts or what’s the possibility You know to fix it

Welcome. This topic has been moved out of the community lounge and into the main Stinger forum.

Are you saying it wont shift into drive after a company towed it and you think the towing comoany damaged it or you had it towed to the dealer because it wouldnt shift into drive?

Warning in the manual, says put AWD on a flatbed, do NOT lift one end and drag it, you'll damage/destroy the transmission.

I think he had it towed somewhere other than the dealer and he wants to know if he can pull the ECU and just take that back to the dealer...
that wont cut it..they cant diagnose anything with just the ECU.
When you try to put it in drive does it give you a message about applying brakes before going into drive?
Also do your brake lights work when you press the brake?
You need to press on brakes and push the shifter button to go to drive, it sounds like 1 of the 2 has failed.
You can try the battery disconnect reset if you want to reset the ECU.
I think English is his/her second language.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
The rule to NEVER tow a car with automatic transmission goes back decades. Every towing company knows that.
I would say that the transmission is blown up. The dealer should be able to work out what's been torn out of the transmission.

You make all good points, but;

Since the OP stated they can go into reverse no problem, that would indicate that both the brake and shifter button are working correctly.

Resetting by disconnecting the battery is worth a try ($0.00 cost), but I doubt it will fix anything.
