47mm wheel offset?

I found some wheels I like that are on clearance, but they are 19x9.5 with a 47mm offset. Will these fit on the car or would they cause fitment issues?

I should also throw in I want to install this size on all 4 corners.

That offset will not work on the front, rear may be fine

This may be a dumb question, but even if I used a spacer, would they not fit?

They may fit, you will need to measure how much you need to space out the wheel.
The front will need at least 10-15mm spacer in order to fit properly. Also keep in mind that spacers are not really recommended for safety reasons.
