What should I expect or be looking for good this service. Will be doing this sometime in March!

That's like a "service 2", so, regular oil/filter change and multipoint inspection - pads and tire depth - plus tire rotation, inspect brakes and coolant condition, look for leaks, and other fluids. Lubricate this and that, etc. Finally, "road test". This last is the most important because they get a chance to "Bueller" in your Stinger.

So they get to hear all the rattling I've been complaining about and the vibrating/pulsating of the brakes I asked to check where they saw no issue - while it was still under warranty?

Too bad you weren't in Canada, where we have a 60,000km (37k Miles) warranty on rotors.

I got 4 (four) complete sets of rotors, replaced on my car, under warranty - then changed to aftermarket pads on my last free set of rotors, @ 60k KMs.
