found an open hwy sunday afternoon and a lovely car im fond of is just crusing along in front.

We get side by side and i antagonized the guy to race

He stomps it out of nowhere and i could tell hes won these races before . Mid 3rd 4th 5th about 90 i let off

No ground was gained or lost.

Next stop light we catch a green rolling at around 25, perfect for a stinger to pounce.

I stab and he gets the jump again but this time 3rd 4th and 5th still stopping short of 100 i walk gently past at about a fender every 3 sec.

I was happy he was happy we went our seperate ways.

Taurus sho has 365 from the factory and if my silly mods did anything they showed that moment.

He was in the lead first chase lol

I have to wonder if, in the same "perfect storm" conditions, I would find temptation too strong to keep my promise to my wife and myself, "I, do, not, race." Hah.

Those are nice, just a bit too big for my tastes. If they had put better brakes and a much better suspension I might have thought twice about it.
