Hello, I have a gt1 2018, at 81k miles, only thing done is intakes, BOVS, and exhaust. I was sitting turning left, pulled up to a car wash and my engine light popped up and really rough idling. Misfires in 2,4,6, cleared codes, still there but vibration went away. Any advice or help?

same answer, check coil packs and plugs first. don't just replace plugs without checking the coil packs because a bad / corroded one will destroy a new plug quickly. if that isn't the issue, I've got nothing. others can suggest more troubleshoot.

I was going to do that too, but also idk if that would result in a fix bc it’s all three on one side

Are you still running original plugs?
The random misfire could indicate possible bad fuel....
2 misfires is a coincidence if bad plugs or coils...3 is an indication of probably something else.
I would fill up with premium fuel from a different station...if you got them right after a car wash you might have gotten some water somewhere that makes it not happy..
They will clear on their own if it was just an isolated incident.

UPDATE: The codes were pending codes, they stuck around for about an hour then disappeared after starting back up, so here's to crossing fingers and hoping it was just an "oopsie"
