3.3TT Ideal BOV Spring Load Setting

Hey folks, just bought my first ever aftermarket BOV to go on my first ever Turbo car. yep, never owned one before my GT1. So, my question for you guys who know how the hell to adjust these things that fits best for my Stinger, what is the best setting for the 3.3TT? Full recirc, Full atmosphere, or half recirc/half atmosphere? Or is there something somewhere in between that the engine just runs the best? So you know my only other mod, performance wise, is a K&N Typhoon CAI.
 
Bump..just put in my GFB BOV install was SOOO easy! Sounds fantastic. After several adjustments I found 2.5 to 3 turns in from the top of the screw being at the same height as the top of the bov was perfect.
