Has anybody in the Lebanon PA area had the oil feed recall done? If so, what's your experience and where did you have it done? I'm willing to drive an hour or so if need be to make sure the job is done right. Thanks

Good luck.

Mine has been a complete nightmare. Kia is now saying I need a new engine because they found metal shavings in my turbo. It drove fine, oil was fine when I took it in for the recall. They have had my car for 2 weeks now and Kia won’t cover a new engine even though I know this is directly related to the turbo oil feed pipe and hose assembly recall.

My advice, keep all of your documentation because I am sure this will be the next class action lawsuit with Kia.

Is your dealer even telling you the truth? Do you actually believe that there is metal shavings in your turbo?

The turbo oil feed pipe line recall typically does not involve any metal shavings.
