Hey guys I have a 22 GT2 Scorpion. I put in a Borla system a few months back and I’m getting sick of how it sounds in the cabin and also how ugly it looks since the extension is not aligned with the new tips. I’m looking at other options now to get the sound to actually go out the back and also to clean up the look. Anyone have any advice on which tips fit the 22s? Or any other options I might have to fix this problem?

The problem is with the new bump and bigger opening. No one has yet figured out what size is needed for the new bigger opening.
The old sizing needed for Borla was 51mm x 89mm for round, or 51mm x 105mm for oval.
The round, you would had to trim and cut some of the diffuser, as the oval was a perfect fit.
If you wanna be the first one to try it out.
You’ll need something bigger then 89 or 105
Yeah it’s a real pain and I haven’t seen too many posting online of what they are doing with tips after the facelift. I haven’t measured yet, but I heard the 22 is about 127mm. Heading to a shop next week to see if we can get something there that fits and looks good. I’ll update.

Too bad Invidia doesn't make one for this application. I had their q300 cat back on my g37s. Stock cats, just cat back. It was very mild, but definitely throatier than stock. Really roared when you put your foot into it. Perfect on the highway with no drone, vibrations, or other nasty nvh. There were times I wish it was a bit louder, but it was a great compromise for what a sport sedan should sound like.
I’ve heard good things about Invidia. I personally love the sound of Borla. It’s the perfect amount of loud and aggressive without being too obnoxious or sounding like I went a cheaper route. They don’t drone as much as people make it out to be. It’s definitely exaggerated. But with the stinger’s hatch set up it makes the cabin sound like a war zone, but tips would easily fix that. But these damn 22s exhaust tips are tricky. Too new that there aren’t any aftermarket exhaust systems that exit correctly, and they are huge.

I got the G shortly after selling my last bike (see left). That had 2brothers exhaust on it. If I was on the throttle you could hear me from 1/2 mil away. Rode the bike with ear plugs always.
The G was a manual car. The issue, with the stock exhaust, it was hard to tell when I was on the throttle (even slightly) and not. I relied on these cues for shifting smoothly. Given the stinger is an automatic, this issue does not exist. I have no plans to update the exhaust on the car... ever. Just don't care enough about it any more.
Years ago a family member had an impala ss with a borla cbe. Sounded nice. If the issue is only tips, maybe something can be custom fabricated to move the noise further out rather than being directly under the hatch which probably acts as an amplification chamber.
