Hi All,
Trying to understand/improve my off the line performance and I'm wondering if the 2022's are programmed a little differently than older models. I've got a 22 GT2 AWD with JB4 running E30 on map 3 and K&N Drop-ins - obviously not heavy on the mods yet.
Both when using launch control and just mashing the pedal from a stop the car will roll forward for what feels like a full second then blast off like a rocket. Honestly it feels like the throttle is opening really slowly from a stop. My draggy says the best 60' time I have gotten is 2.27 seconds and the best non-1ft correct 0-60 is 4.58 seconds.(that was DA of 3300). The fastest 0-10 i've got is .75 seconds. Pretty rough. I'm seeing sub 2 second and 4.0ish times all over this forum.
Has anyone else with an AWD 2022 had this experience or is there something I can do to improve things? My JB4 logs look great with very little timing pull and great AFRs. No stuttering or stumbling. Once it's moving the power is definitely there.
