2022 Kia Stinger GT Review by Matt Brand Cars

Hey everyone, Kia Australia just gave me a 2022 Kia Stinger GT to review for the week and I thought you guys as owners and enthusiasts would enjoy it most!

For those that don't want to watch it, the TL;DW is this thing is INCREDIBLE, just slightly better than before, and makes the perfect all-round car.

Is this a MY 21 or MY22 model? Looks like MY21 to me.

Definitely MY21. MY22 has the new Kia badge.

It's got the full width rear light bar, looks like it has the larger faux exhaust, the diffuser (noticed this is now standard in 22), but the badging is definitely the old badge, also old headlights?

In Australia the MY21 has the light bar, bigger tips and 10.25 infotainment screen etc but the old badges. The MY22, which is about to hit the market has the new KIA logo as well as the other MY21 updates.

I like the idea of the AUS MY21 having all the new trim, but comes with the retro badges!

I'm actually looking to buy soon (it's between this and the new G70 "shooting brake"). How do you know the upgrade is coming to AUS soon? Do you also know if they're bringing it in Ascot Green as well?
