2022 GT1 Stock or Not

Hi, so I got this 2022 Ascot Green GT1 used, and there are some things I was wondering if they were stock or aftermarket:

- the back windows are tinted. I can’t tell from pics on the Internet if that came on the car (it’s not a super great tint… back window seems a little “wavy”

- black badging. The Kia logo on the front and the stinger badging on the back are both black, not shiny silver chrome. I love the way it looks, was it always like this?

- there was a Velcro knee cushion pad that said “Stinger” kind of glued onto the cockpit. Seemed after market, was falling off, and you could see the glue around the edges. I ripped it off and threw it away.

I have a 22 GT1 bought new. None of those are stock.

Just look around the edges of the inner rear window, you should see the edge of the film. I would have the tint redone, it def should not be wavy.

Update - took it to the local Kia dealership just for an oil change and alignment, and they told me that it's also got aftermarket exhaust and a lowered suspension. Other stuff I should check for?

Not many would trade-in a 22 GT for another Stinger, and few former Stinger owners hang around after they've moved on (congrats to the few who have).

But hey, maybe you'll luck out or maybe another member will know who that is/was. Free bump for your thread.

I didn’t have anything to compare it to! This was the first Stinger I had driven… Maybe these mods contributed in some small way to me deciding to drive away with it after driving it for 5 mins on a rainy Tuesday afternoon, who can say.
