Hi Fellow Stingerers,

I've purchased a preowned 2022 GT-line, and came without the cargo cover.
Looking it up, I found a 2018-2021 cargo cover, (PN 85910-J5000WK)

It says it's compatible with 2018-2021 stinger, and I cannot find 2022 version yet.

Does anybody know

(1) where I can find cargo cover/luggage cover for 2022 stinger?
or
(2) If 2021 cargo cover will fit in to my 2022 stinger?

Much appreciated!

cargo cover is identical for all stinger trims for all years produced. I know this how? because the part never changed or someone would have given a heads up long before now.

edit to update, I finally ended up calling the parts department of our local kia dealership, because this question about whether or not the cargo cover fits '22 and '23 models intrigued me. the guy I talked to said that the dealership would have to do a VIN check to make sure if that particular stinger is one of the rare ones that didn't come with a cargo cover. wth? has anyone bought a brand new stinger without a cargo cover? I never heard. But he said that kia makes cars differently for limited runs and he has heard of some stingers, 'very rare', that will not accept a cargo cover - for whatever reason? I don't know if he knows what he's talking about, but he sounded very certain. so, if you buy a used 22-23 stinger there is a rare possibility that it won't accept a cargo cover at all, not that '22 or '23 stingers have a different cover. the part number is the same from 17-23 if you want to replace a cover that your used stinger somehow lost before it came to you.

I did NOT run my VIN, and purchased mine online.
The cheapest option at the time of my purchase was from Walmart, where they offered free return.
So, I tried, and it worked.

When I ran my VIN on kia parts website(s), it says the cover doesn't fit.

how ridiculous. 'the source' doesn't get it right and walmart does. you can't make this crap up.

Begs the question, what possible difference could there be in the model years/covers?

that's just it. in my post a few back I mention what the kia parts guy said, how kia will do limited runs that include small changes, and according to him there actually are rare '22 and '23 model year stingers that won't accept a hatch cover. but, I have no way of confirming if he's blowing smoke or legit with that assertion.

If he's as knowledgeable as the Kia Parts guy at one of the few dealerships around me, then he's just blowing smoke. I called them to get coolant for my stinger and specifically stated the coolant in mine is pink. Still asked me for my VIN and acknowledged I needed the pink one, then proceeded to tell me that the reservoir is "Just an overflow and you could literally let it run completely empty and you'll be fine". Thanks for your "educated" input but I think I'll take my knowledge and what the manual says over what that moron said.
