Thought I’d try here - I’m looking for someone to take over my lease. I'm located in Minnesota...so I realize this has a limited audience.

2019 Kia Stinger GT1 AWD Ceramic Silver w/ black interior
Add ons: 3M clear protection, cargo mat, cargo net, wheel locks
3yr / 36K mile lease thru Hyundai Leasing (started 10/16/18)
MSPR: $49,020.00 + the 3M clear protection (which was a separate $650)
Residual: $27,815.20
Current mileage 2,200
$526/mo

I'm asking $500 to me after the lease transfer is completed.

Buyer would also be responsible for lease transfer fee/paperwork.

I spent months working on getting this lease deal put together and I love the Stinger, but I miss my Wrangler and want to go back.

but the Stinger is so fun! Good luck!

Payment is posting in the next couple days which would bring it to almost exactly $40,020.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Update: since I can't edit the original post, I thought it was worth putting an update here. It's a long shot, I know.

Current mileage is 8,200 - buyout is ~$38K

Otherwise payment is $526/mo w/ a $27,815 residual at the end.

I'm no longer asking for $500 :D

Honestly, someone could walk into a dealer today and pick up a brand new 2019 GT2 with no miles for that buyout. You're probably going to have to eat a few thousand dollars if you want to get rid of the car, and even more the longer you wait.

Give me $500, get the buyout down to $30,000 and I'll ask the wife. No refund on the $500 though when she slaps me in the face and says we'll see.

As said above, it'll be tough right now.

Dang - I didn't realize that they were discounting '19 GT2's $14K already. Ouch!

Ha - well played.

Points taken - I didn't really expect someone to want a buyout, anyway - I was just thinking that maybe someone would want to take the lease over. A long shot, no doubt!

Are you still looking for a takeover? I'm in your area and looking at buying in the next couple of months. Would like to include another option and compare numbers.

Have you taken it to Carmax or checked what Carvana or Vroom would give you for it?
