2019 GT Folding Mirrors

The folding mirrors on my stinger no longer fold in or out and the auto dim feature is permanently on. The mirrors are and blueish green and don't fully undim when I turn the car on. It started with the dimming issue then the next day the mirrors quit folding out. The only forums I can find are just referring to the mirror button by the window switches.

I will refer you to another button. What happens when you lock your car with the door handle black button? My mirrors turn in. I haven't changed the armrest switch in the whole time I've owned the car, nearly eight years, except by accident.

The auto-dimming isn't a thing I've paid much attention to. As long as I can see what's in them Ima okay. Sorry, this is the first time I've heard of a failure in the auto-dimming feature.

I only use the black door handle button to lock the car. Normally they fold in, but now they don't. I would just suspect it to be the motors, but since the auto dim is acting up it has me curious if it's something else. The mirrors have been normal for the 7 months I've had the car so far. Just now acting up

And you've tried all three switch positions as you push the door handle button? I would, just because that's what KIA would do. Ha hah.

Both door handles are inoperable to turn the mirrors in?

The only things that prevented mine from auto folding; the switch on the door is not set to auto, or a door is left slightly ajar.
