Hey everyone, I recently brought a black Stinger GT and had the bimodal exhaust installed as well! It not only sounds great but I love the fact it electronically turns off and on too. Does anyone have a bimodal system in their Stinger and how do you find it? Looking forward to hearing more about it. Cheers and thanks.

What do you mean ....how do you find it?

Basically yes. I just want know what people who have them fitted in the Stingers think of them...

Lol.. foreigners.. :)

It's a common phrase used by Brits and loyal colonists meaning "what do you think"..

Lucifer - we use this forum to say hi, but specific questions are best put into the appropriate sub-forum, in this case, the Engine, Drivetrain and Exhaust forum.

Not that it's a big deal, but when people are looking for info, they'd go to the appropriate sub-forum, and not think there's going to be much tech info in our "lounge"..

(I'm originally from the UK) ;)

I saw an Aussie Kia video on the bi-modal exhaust. I wish it was here. I can’t even think of an exhaust other than factory. I park beneath my condo building but at street level. There are iron gates at each end. If I started an after market exhaust, I’d wake the neighborhood. Bi-modal would be great.

G’day & welcome to the forum @Lucifer, congrats on your new purchase.
Can you also add your general location to your avatar.

Do your own thing, it's a good way for us to learn other customs..... Not all English is the same.

An aftermarket exhaust doesn't necessarily need to be loud, and most are not when you're just starting it up and cruising around.

There are also aftermarkets with a similar valve arrangement for changing the sound on-demand.
