Hi I'm thinking about getting a 2018 kia stinger and I may be driving a lot, could be up to 500 miles a week. How is it as a daily driver and does it do better than 25 on high way at cruising speeds?

It's a very comfortable car. Long distance trips are no problem. You can easily get 25 on the highway or better. Depends on how you drive.

It's a wonderful DD.
I have a 46mi commute each way and average about 26mpg in the mornings and 22mpg in the afternoons (much morr traffic).

Ripping around on the weekends in sport mode....considerably less.

I have an 84 mile round trip commute each day. I love it as my daily. Keep it at 70 and the mileage will reward you. You’ll be hard pressed to keep your foot out of it though.

I'd say either side of 25 mpg is normal and expected. I have taken long road trips and averaged well over that on some stages (my record between fill ups was 31.5 mpg; but I've only seen 30 plus a few times); we are talking about freeway driving.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
I never reset my 2nd trip odometer, here's what I got for the first 10k-ish miles.

Funny, how the miles tops out and 9999.9. I thought when I first noticed that, that my gauge was busted: that was before I noticed that it is a truncated total miles gauge compared to traditional odometers. The hours and mpg, though, keep right on truckin'. I had c. 23.5 too, and it didn't vary: I left my Accumulated Info up for quite a few months, watching the hours and mpg, before I finally reset it (I just reset it again, at the same time as I put my "winter treads and wheels" back on): the tenths of a mpg only moved a tenth or two, so obviously the 23 mpg never changed.

The Stinger is an amazing DD. It can certainly get you 25mpg on the highway (depending on how you drive), it is comfortable and will get moving whenever you need it to.
