Hello Everyone, I was wondering if anyone new where i could find a 3" midpipe for my awd 2.0? DC sports makes one for the 2.0 RWD but not the AWD. They told me that the RWD model they have for the 2.0 will not fit. I currently have straight pipe with stock size piping for the exhaust and I'm looking to change my entire setup. Before I pick which cat back I want to find a 3" mid pipe for that deeper sound and slightly more hp. I know it's a 2.0 not a 3.3 but I bought what I could afford last min do to a bad rear dif on my previous car that had bad timing financially. I wanted a stinger and found my 2.0 at a great price for a daily driver. I'm not looking to turn a 2.0 into a performance car I just want some better sound and power higher than stock. I currently have an injen intake, Boomba bov, jb4, and hks plugs. Looking into getting a catch can. But main thing I want to find is a 3" midpipe. This car will be mostly cosmetic upgrades with a little more kick than stock power. Please don't bash the 2.0 it is what it is and I'm just looking for some assistance in finding a midpipe for my model stinger. Thanks in advance!

you'll get no bash from me. I have a 3.3l gt1 and a 2.0l premium. I love driving both of them. low torque is even more pronounced in the 2.0l, which makes if feel very peppy off the line and accelerating to pass at street speeds. on the freeway, downshifting and hitting it to pass there is where the real 110 hp difference shows up, but even then not in a dramatic or usable power sense. both stingers are stock.

Hey the 2.slo's are fun! Love the hell out of mine. Nothing wrong with cosmetics either. I added some more go just because but nothing major.

As for your question...IMO not worth going that big on the mid pipe. You may grab some gains but not enough to justify it in my head. I could be way off too. Maybe have a shop build you one. Probably cheapest quickest way. Personaly id do the cat back first and see where your sound is first. You may be surprised. Also, a muffler delete starting where? Axel back or from the cat?. If its axel back, any mid pipe you do will have to run all the way to your existing. The pinched oipe after the usual mid pipe will still be an issue. Only set up i had found that eliminated that was jun bl. If you search that it may make more sense.

What map are you running? What about meth for added go? An intercooler will bump you up power wise too.

I'm running map 2 right now but I'm noticing some over boost. I hit 23 boost the other day a d the jb4 swapped to map 0. Only happened once. I'm thinking about switching to map 1. I use 93 octane and I do have a gas station that sells e85. My problem is the exhaust is very loud while driving. My base on my radio is the same tone as the exhaust and just rattles my brain lol
