Agreed. But when the car is not close by I'd be left with asking the dealer. Sales guy replying to email while sitting in the office pulls up their own website and sees it says AWD "Yep, it's AWD, when is a good time for you to come in?" They don't know and don't care, they just want to get you in the pen.
Once I was looking for a specific used car with a higher trim level. Higher trim level had radio controls on the steering wheel, lower trim did not. . Lower trim was a popular rental car. I saw sooooo many ads listed at the higher trim but in the pictures I could tell by the plain steering wheel they had listed the wrong trim, whether accidentally or purposefully.
