I was a CH46E guy. Started out as a Mechanic (6112) then to the 6172. The 46 is long gone, replaced by the V22.

Yea I came along as the 46 was being phased out. Got intimate with the 53 and 22 though.

Ahhh you were West Coast. Ive only been TAD a few times. Five weeks on the shooting team to Pendleton and Two months to San Diego for recruiting school. My last duty station was Cherry Point. Medical separated a few months back. I was comm, not aviation, though.

I don't have a Facebook.

Thanks DS, that is nice of you to say. Best thing I ever did was join the Marine Corps, sucked a little while I was doing it but looking back I only remember the good times haha. I added a photo to the FB forum classified for the car last night. If it doesnt sell it all good, but would like to find a RWD 700HP platform.

I believe what you were probably looking for in the 700 HP is the HELL CAT or the DEMON.

Meh, you can hit that power level with much less effort on the BMW F10 M5 platform / F1x M6 platform.

OP said he's looking for a Chevy SS which they don't sell anymore, so he's looking for used / OK with used. An F10 M5 goes for ~45k, so it really is a direct comparison in this case.

The F10 and C63S are nice, I already own a German E63. The problem with the German cars is the parts, the LS3 is plentiful and tons of mods. I have had other cars including a Ferrari GT456. They all sound neat until you're the one doing maintenance or paying for it. I am looking at the 6speed MT Holden which has no comparison that I know of. The Dodge and Fords don't do it for me.

Thanks for all the advice, just looking to sell this car. Its a neat car but not really what I need right now. I took a look at the G70 and with the way this car has lost $$ I think I will find a platform that doesn't loose $5k with 2600 miles...speaking of german cars.
