I live near Redmond, WA and I’m considering selling my 2018 GT2 AWD as-is (leaving all the mods I’ve installed intact).

Included:
1. new-in-box Eibach front and rear sways that I haven’t gotten around to installing.
2. new-in-box JUN B.L secondary downpipes that I haven’t gotten around to installing.
3. all the old parts I replaced (intake piping, hot/cold charge pipes, etc).
4. the JB4 w/ fuel wires (installed) and EWG wire harness (not installed yet)
5. red aFe charge pipes
6. red Injen short ram intakes + hydroshields
7. HKS plugs
8. Mishimoto OCC
9. silver paddle shifter wings
10. was a CPO, I added an additional $4,000 warranty good until 2028 or 100k miles (that's ~80,000 miles away), whichever comes first.

At present it has about 19,700 miles on it (under 4,000 / year). I bought it 1 year ago from a local dealership. I’m looking to clear $44,000 for the whole package. (Why? Because KBB estimates $37k - $42k for Private Party and $36k-40k for Trade-in, and that's without the aftermarket mods)

Happy to post more photos later. You can find many shots of my car around the site here, too.

Note: The car is in excellent physical condition. Never any mechanical issues. It did sleep covered under a couple of trees that occasionally dropped small limbs near or on it. Incidental damage has been expertly and professionally repaired by the best body shop in the area (Bill Gates et. al. take their cars there). The glass has never been chipped or cracked, so all repairs were purely external. Since then, I have parked the car further down our street away from all the trees.

I don’t smoke or vape. I don’t believe the previous owner did either.

I’m considering selling the car primarily because it’s fun but superfluous and definitely more luxury than necessity. I would rather it go to an aficionado and a hobbyist who appreciates it than a random dealership.

Car market has changed (for now), from the last year. You might wanna check the prices, if you are seriously wanna sell it.

I thought I did my research. KBB gave a Private Party range of $37k - $42k for my area (98052 -- everything costs more here). I figure with the mods on it (and all the labor I put into installing them), $44k is a reasonable starting point for negotiations. My note has a bit over $43k left on it. I'm essentially looking for someone to buy me out of the car and throwing a bunch of foundational mods (some of which are still new in box) in as an incentive. I also forgot to mention the car has a transferable $4,000 aftermarket warranty on it that expires at 100k miles or 2028, whichever comes first (updated the OP to add that as point #10)

People are of course free to haggle, but if they haggle too low, they're going to run into Trade-in value range, which is $36-40k... If serious interest is in that range, I will probably just trade it in and negotiate maximum value. The dealers by me are still clawing and scraping to get inventory and offering top dollar for trades as a result.

A lot of times kbb is useless. For $36-40k you can easily get 2020-21 gt2 awd with same miles today. As far far as mods, they rarely add any value, and lot more often, they scare people away. You will be a lot better off, putting it back to stock, and sell the mod parts separately. Not trying to be rude.

I appreciate the advice and the concern, and generally speaking I’d give the same.

But this is an enthusiast forum, hence why I’m listing it here first. Our community is the audience that has the greatest chance of appreciating the value of the mods (whether in-place or removed).

Before I go the “part out” route — especially since I’m not fully committed to selling yet — I thought it best to offer it as-is and see if any interest parties are out here. If I get more serious about selling and nobody wants it pre-assembled, I’ll consider parting it out and selling the parts used.
