I recently traded my Sonata N Line for a Kia Stinger Gt with Brembos. I'm not sure why the top speed on the stinger is 130mph but my Sonata was 155mph the stinger has better brakes and suspension. Any turning options to remove the limiter. I reached out to JB4 but that does not work. I'm working on a track setup. Any one found a workaround for this?

The reason for the limit are the stock tires, manufacturers are required to limit the top speed if the tires are not rated for higher. They're not allowed to let someone unaware of tire ratings and limiters kill themselves going 155 on tires rated for less.
It would seem reasonable that if you replaced the tires with something capable of higher speeds that the dealer might be willing to help you with a factory tune without the limiter, maybe even get the sport tires through them and tack that on as part of the deal.
If you are looking to track, it's unlikely you'd ever get to that speed. It would be nice to remove it, but it probably isn't going to hold anyone back. People tend to over-estimate how fast they can go on a track, but accelerating from and then decelerating back down for turns means high speeds usually aren't nearly what people think they are. Slowing from 130 for a turn is a massive amount of speed to bleed and it's going to overwhelm brakes fast.

Even that makes no sense, the stock tires were the same that came on my BMW, good for like 160 or 180mph or something. They may be wanting to limit speed as to not over-work brakes in an emergency.

Tires are V rated, so theoretically they can go to at least 149. These are the AWD and should be the "slowest" tires on the car. I'm not aware of any H rated tires that come stock on this car.
Has anyone actually hit their top end speed? I have a 2021 Stinger GT 3.3L hit 153mph and my car stopped climbing. Tried again and same thing. I was under the impression it was a top out of 167mph? I went to their website under disclaimer I’m seeing 149mph top speed. Anyone know more about this?

The little 4 banger can move alright. Merlin's autobahn seems to be the place to really open it up. Around here, tapping triple digits is as good as it gets. Too much traffic, hazards otherwise.
I'm running Y rated tires (186mph). I doubt the car would physically go that fast, even without a limiter.
My OE tires were W, which are rated for 168mph (My AWD '21 GT is 149mph limited, I think). Maybe 168mph is too close to 167/whatever the Stinger's top speed? Now that I have Y rated tires, if I'm ever at the dealer for warranty work maybe I'll drop this topic in their lap and see what they say. Not that I need to go anywhere near those speeds, but I can imagine day dreaming on any number of these long desert roads and suddenly seeing a basketball score staring back at me.

Yes, but the OP was talking about tracking being the reason. Example: The Z06 here gets to a maximum speed on the straights of 135, and it's a way way faster car. This is the reality of driving on a track. The faster you go, the earlier you have to start slowing down and most tracks are not going to allow any street production car to get much faster than this.
