I have a 22 gt line awd and im looking for some exhaust options to add to the performance/sound. I haven’t found anything for these yet, anyone know if anything out there exists yet?

I believe there is presently only a single expensive option: Jun Bi @$2350

IMHO, thanks, but no thanks…that kind of money dictates a full exhaust system with the inherent performance gains- not just a catback system. This is no doubt a high quality Korean built system, I’ll give Jun Bi that! Maybe if they added a high flow cat to the system for that price, it would better justify the price, but then it wouldn't be a true “cat-back”.

Yeah that's way too pricey. I was hoping for something under 1k like the mbrp option for the 3.3

You, me, and many others with the 2.5T. Hoping the news of the 2023's will help drive the development of more of everything for the 2.5T...with a few more thousand more of them being made, and therefore bigger market/audience.

My signature says it all....get the BMS pedal tuner, good cheap easy to install mod. While it doesn't actually make your car faster, it sure feels like it. It simply adds gas faster, by simulating pressing the pedal down farther and quicker than usual- its fully adjustable and costs $200.
Last, but not least, get the JB4 with the Bluetooth adapter- it's a 30-40 minute install (half that once you've done it once) that gives you 3 MAPS: 91, 93, 93+meth depending on octane and E85 availability. The most aggressive MAP is supposed to give us 50whp, but my calibrated butt dyno is a bit skeptical and I don't have a draggy to either confirm or deny those claims- but if true, it should reveal our AWD 2.5T getting something real close to a 5sec 0-60. It's recommended to pair the HKS 45XL sparkplugs gapped at .022, if you get the JB4.

What do you mean when you say "how to do this exhaust sound"?

You achieve this exhaust sound when ordering and installing the exhaust linked above.

Let me know if I misunderstood what you meant to say. Also, we have sold a few sets of these, and I just asked 1 of our customers to come on here and leave a review, as he found us and ordered the exhaust from this post. Hopefully, he will update the forum and leave a review shortly.

Meaning difference from factory exhaust and this aFe exhaust system sound must be different, wanted to know that difference.

It’s a little tough to explain all the differences through text on a forum, but this exhaust is definitely a step up from the factory setup. It’s not just about being louder, this system uses mandrel-bent piping to reduce restriction and improve airflow, which can help with both performance and efficiency.

The mufflers are also designed differently than stock, they’re tuned for a deeper, more aggressive tone while still keeping things refined.

Last but not least, this system incorporates a set of electronic valves that can open and close to make the exhaust louder or quieter as you see fit. That’s the electronic valve feature that’s built in with it.

Hope that helps a bit.
