@GregM, how many miles and what is your latest avg gas mileage? Very curious. Thanks!

4000 miles already.
Avg. 22-23MPG through LA horrific traffic, up to 33MPG on the freeway at speed.
Thank's for that Greg! I'm in Portland, OR and our politicians are working hard to ensure gas is never under $3 ever again (becaus that'll force us into all-electric cars, right?...) and of course, the highways are nearly identical to 1980, but the state's population is 3x what it was back then, so yah, I feel your gridlock!

NOTE: While Kia's stated mileage ratings differ from the 2.0 and 3.3L versions, I'm seeing an average one mile-per-gallon advantage for the 2.0L version... Hmmm. The 2.0L is trying hard to push a very heavy car, and the turbo might enage more often, chewing up fuel? The GT's 3.3L engine should not need to work as hard considering it's power (but two more cylinders and larger...). Just looks like overall in milage the 2.0L does not see the sticker advantage Kia claims.

I've test driven a 2.0L Premium. It seemed pretty powerful, but that memory is fading. Enough power for you? If so, what was your previous car? Thanks Greg!

It's quick enough without breaking the bank IMO (the Stinger replace my wife's Honda Civic and will do about 20-22000 miles per year so).
I also drive a Miata ND and Subaru BRZ and previously a Porsche Boxster 2.5.

I'm a 24k mile a year guy myself. Too many miles!... Also a Madzda6 owner.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Funny you should mention mpg for the 2.0....today was our 1st day for an extended hwy trip here in western Washington. Me, my wife, and our son and carseat, no luggage. Had to take a pic after I looked down a few minutes afterengaging cruise control:

we hit upward grades heading toward Lake Stevens, then hilly back roads to a friend's house. 70% hwy. End of trip mpg was 36.5. We took nothing but hilly Snohomish county back roads home to keep varying rpm while the car finishes breaking in. Return trip ended with 30.5 mpg. Even accounting for an optimistic onboard readout of 3 mpg, that still puts it well above EPA estimates. Results will no doubt vary, but a light foot can do wonders when outright power isn't needed. But it sure is nice to have when the moment dictates!:)

I have been getting really nice MPG on my daily commutes. Ranging from 32 through 33, sometimes as high as 34. My commute is mostly highway speeds (60+) in the mornings, and Rush Hour traffic in the evenings, with about 50% again being at highway speeds. I posted this pic in another thread as well, but here it is again.

I live in Oregon City, OR, and drive into Beaverton for work. On the way home today I looked at my average fuel mileage and was happy to see 29.3 MPG. On my second tank of fuel, I only used half a tank to drive round trip for a week. When I had my 2017 Soul Plus... I had to fill up at least once a week for round trips to work. So my Stinger with the 2.0T is getting wonderful fuel mileage! Looks cool too! LOL
