Hello everyone,

My car has been at the dealer for close to 2 weeks now and they "think" I have a bad fuel injector. I recently had a misfire code on valve 3 a couple weeks ago. My air to fuel gauge was off the charts.

I'm asking anyone if they have have the diagram parts to take this off step by step in case this dealer bill is way too much. Thoughts?

Well the that's all I know so far from the dealership. They are not 100% for sure yet. They are still looking. Smh. 1 week and 5 days in still looking.

I did buy spark plugs and put them in our it started misfiring again about 4 days later.
That's why I mentioned coil packs. The boot on the coil pack can get fouled and then any new plugs will get destroyed. In my case the misfire started after two weeks. But I suppose it could start as early as a few days. The only solution when you have bad boots is replacement of the coil packs.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...

Ok. I see what you mean. Thank you. Will keep post updated when they call me back.

I have our 2.0L in the shop right now for a different kind of misfire. Has your high pressure fuel pump been replaced yet? It's a TSB recall that KIA will replace free of charge. The car may fall flat on its face when you step on the accelerator vigorously. RPMs climb, car just stays in the gear and won't budge until RPMs drop, then it'll shift up. KIA called this "a loss of power", but it's more like a failure to engage the transmission on demand.
any updates on this ? I have same problem
