Have a new installed jb4 with fuel wire and stock plugs gapped to .024 as suggested, also have spectre CAI filter thats it. Whenever I use launch control the boost will cut and jb4 will default back to map 0. When i do a normal launch sometimes it cuts and sometimes it will run thru 80 with no problems. Checked connections, coils, etc. Seems to be an on/off issue. Any help appreciated. Logs attached. Thanks! In Denver running 91 octane as that's the highest we have as well.

Raise your boost safety up to 26psi as you're triggering the default 21psi level here.

Sweet that did the trick! What's the max you recommend on the 2.0?

The safety is just the point at which the JB4 reverts to the factory mapping. Boost will usually be much lower than 26psi, you're just getting more in the midrange there than the 3.3L default settings that come with the JB4. :)

How goes it ;) (backwoods grammar) How's your car been running so far since you installed the JB4? I guess you're running MAP 1 seeing that 91 Octane is the max available, and gapped your (stock or ???) plugs to .024?

I run map 2 since I'm at altitude in Denver and seem to have no issues. Definitely faster them stock but not crazy and I still 30mpg highway so for me it's a good balance.

91 Octane on Map 2? Altitude ~5000ft? What's the advantage of running Map 2 at a higher altitude? I know the turbo will still create the same PSI, it's just going to spin 5-10% faster (work harder) than sea level creating more heat in addition to temp. drop in elevation...

anyone having issue with CEL after installing jb4/plugs on 2.0? i get an IAT sensor fault (one on the back of the intake connects with brown wire). the car runs GREAT and i have about 70 miles on the unit. when i reconnect stock connections, no CEL error

Sounds wiring related, maybe a loose pin in the JB4 connector?
