THANK YOU FOR LOOKING!

@Paul @ K8 Stinger Store

Question. On RWD applications they advertise a drop of .8 front and rear. If someone is running the below setup do you think there would be any issues with rubbing?

Front: 20x9 +35 with 243/35/20
Rear: 20x10.5 +45 with 285/30/20

Sorry just seeing this now

You might want to check with someone running an aggressive setup. I'm not sure what works best with the Stinger and the dimensions of the wheel well. Are you worried there wont be enough of a drop to camber the wheels to not rub?

Well I don't know the technical terms for it but basically I'm worried about that set up rubbing with a .8" drop since the overall height of the wheels/tires is about .5" taller than stock. Plus the extra 30mm of width in the tires of course.

Another question. Easier to answer. Do you ship them directly from the manufacturer or stock them in Raleigh? If you stock them I can just (hopefully) drive over to buy em if I out the wheels on and they poke too far.

We ship direct, plus I'm just the east coast rep. We only have a store in California :(

Paul@K8 Stinger Store....excellent service...shiped & delivered right away....
I'm going to purchase the Eibach sway bars with this store....

Any idea the increase in spring rate over stock? I know rear is a progressive spring. Also would you have the difference in thickness or rate for swaybars ?

Awesome! Thanks for the support :)

I'll have to check on this tomorrow if that's ok? I know I have the comparison of the sway bar in comparison to stock. Might have to do some digging for the stock spring rates though.

Edit: Rear stock sway is 15mm compared to the Eibach which is 19mm

Time to close that fender gap on your Stinger! The Eibach PRO-Kit compliments both stock and aftermarket wheels

Drop height of 1.4” Front/1.2” Rear for AWD Stingers and 0.8” Front/0.8” Rear for RWD Stingers

The drop in the rear is a little more than the front (at least on RWDs). Mine dropped a little over an inch in the rear and right at an inch in front. They give the car a slight reverse rake. I think the Stinger might have a bit of a reverse rake when stock though...

Anyway, for those interested there are no negative issues from these springs (poor ride quality, noises, rubbing, etc).

Get em!!!

Great feedback! When will I see you in Raleigh for a cars and coffee show!?!

There was a show in Cary Sunday that I WALKED to. It was actually behind my gym so I left my car in the parking lot and walked around to check out some of the rides.

I rarely leave the Cary/Morrisville area...is there a schedule posted for the Raleigh events?

Dude I was there! You live near Crossroads/Cary Town Center?

All the events are posted in various Facebook groups

Are you serious?! Are you talking about right behind planet fitness and across from a under construction McDonalds? If so, SMALL COUNTY lol.

I actually live in Morrisville. When I said I walked there I mean I parked in Planet Fitness parking lot and walked to the show from the gym when I was done working out.

Lol, that's where I parked! Yes, it was right behind there hosted by that new Chemical Guys store. I live about 15 minutes from there in Holly Springs close to Apex.

Small world indeed. Here's the kicker: what time were you there???

I was there from 9:30-11:00. Was hanging out with some friends and a few Optima customers. I didn’t see your Stinger!

Wowww...I just checked and one of the pics I took was at 9:58. It was right as a white Audi R8 drove up.

So there's a Jersey Mike's across the parking lot from Planet Fitness. I was parked right behind it, probably 100 yards from PFs door. I like to park away from folks, obviously.

Dang!! I was there for a moment. My buddy owns the white 488 that was parked next to the white R8.

That venue isn’t great for parking if you get there later. It’s door ding central :(
