My interests were peaked when they released one of those first youtube videos (try youtube search; the curve ahead - episode 1) a few weeks ago. 
I fobbed it off as kia propaganda and hype, but it looks like they will be delivering (and now I can't wait).

looks great in red but i'm all about the blue. i've always liked dark blue ever since chevy chevelles and chevy novas were cruising the streets in the 80s (60s and 70s models). not those hideous toyota novas.

What is that one camera and one sensor or something?

One camera and one bracket held in place by a torx headed bolt. This picture leaves me wondering why Australia gets a grille with a uniform texture all the way across, while we get one with that flat spot in the middle.

i see that center whatever ya call it on a lot of cars now and i just never cared enough to figure out what it represented. i thought it was some type of sensor. but the australian stinger seems to have the same technology without it. interesting.

Remember all the cars we have seen so far a pre-production, so I imagine the grille with camera only (white above) is perhaps a lower spec model type with surround camera view only, but without the autonomous emergency braking (AEB) and/or adaptive cruise control (ACC) radar systems. I hope the Stinger gets high-speed AEB, which I believe requires that clear type faux grill panel at the front of the car so the radar is as far forward as possible.

The thought hadn't crossed my mind, but you're almost certainly right.

Hi speed AEB would be very cool. What is high speed considered? 50 miles per hour. Right?

Those 'Cleopatra's eyes' taillights, seem to have a least some function, even if minimal. Lit with brakes in this image. I guess they are really long side reflectors too.
