What could this be?

Bumped out the interior fuse panel when unplugging an OBDII scanner, realized there was a switch on there I hadn’t noticed before, and some wiring on the back that isn’t there in any other pictures or diagrams of other cars.





To my eye it looks like a killswitch of some kind, but there’s no identifying info as to who made it or how it’s supposed to be installed.

Anyone recognize what this is and how it’s supposed to work? It came out really easy so it didn’t seem to be actually plugged into anything while the panel was on.

You’re exactly right. Which is a bit concerning but I’m going to bury my head in the sand and tell myself that it was only used as a theft deterrent and not for drag racing.

Change transmission fluid. Can't hurt.
