Newish GT (2023) owner in Canberra, Australia. Love my chroma blue Stinger GT but a rattle in passenger door area was driving me nuts. Checked in here and you guys helped solved it (at least on first drive post suggested fix). Simple clicking in of bottom plastic cover under car. So thank you.

You good folk know what it's like to love your car, but not really like it when is has persistent, mysterious faults. Nothing like an unsolvable rattle to zap your zest for driving these lovely beasts!

Now to solve the rattle from the steering-wheel-adjacent paddles/instruments and hatch mechanism.

Welcome aboard! And thank you for signing up. I’m glad you found us! Congratulations on your recent Stinger purchase. What did the Stinger replace for you?

I’m glad to hear our community has been of good service. That’s what it’s here for! :)

Thanks. Had a Golf R (had 3 x Golf GTIs before that over 15+ years) and so you could say I was a rusted on Golf owner.

Then test drove a Stinger in December 2022 and wanted to get one just before our government offered incentives to buy EVs.

Sooo, I ordered a Tesla and while the delivery kept getting put back and back, Musk became progressively more crazy, so I cancelled order and bought my Stinger over the phone from a faraway dealer.

Finally a love for this car, that began around 2017??? (at the Australian Open sponsored by Kia were the Stinger was featured) saw me a happy owner mid last year.

Long story, soz.
