So, recently got a stinger used, only 15k miles. Lately, when I stomp the gas it will like rev loud but my exhaust will keep popping and it like doesn't catch all the traction and goes slow. It was not like this when I first got it... idk if its bad spark plugs making it misfire.. or what. because it doesn't happen every time but majority of the time I try to just full send it. my main question is, if I buy the HKS spark plugs , which come gapped 0.028 I believe regularly, is that ok for my stock car? my stinger isn't fully stock but it has very small minor things. it. has an X-pipe, intakes, BMS intercooler and snorkels. That's it, so basically stock. What spark plugs would be best?

I'm no expert by a long shot but I do know you'll want to gap the spark plugs to .022. HKS are a very popular choice. I went with the Denso IKH24 but kind of wish I would have spent extra for the HKS M45IL plugs.

Don't they only need to be gapped to .022 if you're running a piggyback? I believe without the piggyback stock is .028 with some saying it's good down to .025. Also, not an expert, just gathered info from reading over the years.

Dang it, I thought I read you had a tuner on it. This is why I should never post about anything before having my morning coffee. ;) Most of the posts I've seen people are saying to gap them to .024 - .028 without a tuner so it sounds like you'd be fine without re-gapping them.
